BEFORE WE START

A few things to make clear.

We already have a CRM. What changes?

Start with how it is used: stage criteria, record freshness and delivery handovers. Discovery shows where rules and configuration suffice and where integration is needed.

Do all systems need replacing?

No. First assess existing tools. Agree the target design and change costs before selecting a new product.

Will AI speak to clients on its own?

An initial use case usually assists staff with context or drafts. Autonomous actions need separate boundaries. Prices, commitments and critical decisions require defined authority.

How do we know the project worked?

Agree measures before launch: time to a useful response, returns for missing data and delivery handover delays. Compare equivalent scenarios using consistent definitions.
